DOE Announces Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Public Hearings for Energia Sierra Juarez U.S. Transmission Project

The Department of Energy has made the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Energia Sierra Juarez U.S. Transmission Line Project available for public comment, along with three public hearings to receive comments on the document, which evaluates the environmental impacts of a proposed electric transmission line crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.
