U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Announces Suspension of Grant Regulations

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has decided not to enforce a rule regarding its grant regulations, citing concerns about compliance with the Regulatory Flexibility Act, and will instead re-promulgate the provisions to address these issues.
