EPA Extends Comment Period for Water Quality Trading Policy Approaches

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period for policy approaches on water quality trading in watersheds with approved Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) by 30 days, from November 18, 2019 to December 18, 2019, in response to a stakeholder request.
