Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC Seeks Blanket Authorization to Export LNG to Non-FTA Countries

Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy for permission to export 600 billion cubic feet of liquefied natural gas to countries not covered by free trade agreements on a short-term basis, starting January 16, 2020.
