OSMRE Approves Texas Regulatory Program Amendment

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement has approved an amendment to the Texas regulatory program, which includes revisions to annual permit fees for 2017 and 2018, and removal of a rule conflict with the US Bankruptcy Code.
