EPA Proposes Approval of West Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Amendments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by the State of West Virginia, updating the effective date of national ambient air quality standards and associated monitoring reference methods under the Clean Air Act.
