EPA Submits Request for Review of Oil and Gas Well Production Facility Information Collection

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of an information collection plan for oil and gas well production facilities on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in North Dakota, with a proposed extension of the current approval period through January 31, 2020.
