US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Antidumping Duty on Mexican ESB Rubber
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that Mexican emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESB rubber) was sold at a price lower than its normal value between February 24, 2017, and August 31, 2018. Interested parties can submit comments on the preliminary results.
