FMCSA Denies PJ Helicopters, Inc.'s Request for Hours-of-Service Exemption

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has rejected PJ Helicopters, Inc.'s (PJH) application for an exemption from the Federal hours-of-service rules, which would have allowed the company's ground support equipment operators to work longer hours with more frequent breaks.
