OCTAL SAOC-FZC: US Commerce Department Clears Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin from Oman of Antidumping Duty

The US Department of Commerce has concluded that OCTAL SAOC-FZC did not sell polyethylene terephthalate resin from Oman at a price lower than its normal value during the specified review period, May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018.
