US Commerce Department Announces Final Results of Antidumping Review on Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce has determined that Noksel Celik Boru Sanayi A.S. and Cinar Boru Profil San Ve Tic A.S. sold heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes in the US at prices below normal value during the review period, resulting in no shipments of the subject merchandise from Cinar Boru and no changes to dumping margins for Noksel.
