EPA Proposes Approval of Air Plan Revisions for Chattanooga, Tennessee

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve changes to the open burning regulations in the Chattanooga portion of the Tennessee State Implementation Plan, which aligns with the Clean Air Act, and also clarifies the definition of volatile organic compounds.
