FAA Proposes Amendment to VOR Federal Airway and RNAV Route Due to Decommissioning of Winner VOR

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to amend VHF Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal airway V-71 and area navigation route T-285 in response to the planned decommissioning of the Winner, South Dakota, VOR navigation aid, as part of the FAA's VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) program.
