EPA Approves Vermont's State Implementation Plan for Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Vermont's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP), demonstrating the state meets the requirements for reasonably available control technology (RACT) for reducing ground-level ozone precursors, in compliance with the Clean Air Act and the 2008 and 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
