DoD Issues Final Rule to Strengthen Aircraft Accident Reporting Requirements

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to modify the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to require contractors to include a specific clause in solicitations and contracts related to aircraft accident reporting, following recommendations from the Regulatory Reform Task Force.
