Reapportionment of Pacific Whiting Resource Under Magnuson-Stevens Act

The Magnuson-Stevens Act provisions have announced the reallocation of 40,000 metric tons of Pacific whiting from tribal to non-tribal commercial fishery sectors, effective September 13, 2019, to enable full utilization of the Pacific whiting resource.
