Long Term Stock Exchange to be Added to US Stock Market as Part of Joint Industry Plan

The Long Term Stock Exchange, Inc. will become a participant in the US stock market, following the approval of an amendment to a joint industry plan, which establishes procedures for adding new exchanges under Rule 605 of Regulation NMS.
