U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Approves Washington State Plan to Protect Marbled Murrelet

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a record of decision for a plan to amend the 1997 Washington State Trust Lands Habitat Conservation Plan to include a long-term conservation strategy for the marbled murrelet, a federally threatened bird species.
