EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico's Ozone State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve New Mexico's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), which requires the state to prevent emissions that contribute to nonattainment or interfere with maintenance of the standards in other states.
