EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve two state implementation plan revisions submitted by the State of California to address nonattainment new source review requirements for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards, as well as a permit rule revision for the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District and Ventura County Air Pollution Control District.
