OSMRE Approves Alaska Regulatory Program Amendment with Conditions

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement has approved an amendment to Alaska's regulatory program, with four exceptions and six additional requirements, to align with federal regulations and postmining land use guidelines.
