EPA Proposes Approval of Michigan's 1997 Ozone NAAQS Limited Maintenance Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Michigan's state implementation plan (SIP) revision, which includes the 1997 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) Limited Maintenance Plans for six areas in the state, ensuring the continued maintenance of the 1997 ozone NAAQS through the end of the second 10-year portion of the maintenance period.
