EPA Proposes Approval of Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia to address the infrastructure requirements for the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standard under the Clean Air Act.
