FMCSA Renews Exemption for Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver with Epilepsy

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has decided to renew an exemption for a commercial motor vehicle driver with epilepsy, allowing them to continue operating in interstate commerce despite having had seizures and taking anti-seizure medication.
