Bureau of Land Management and Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Highway Right-of-Way in Utah

The Bureau of Land Management and the Fish and Wildlife Service are preparing an Environmental Impact Statement to consider a highway right-of-way application in Washington County, Utah, and potential amendments to the St. George Field Office and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area Resource Management Plans, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
