FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Limited Model 427 Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Limited (BHTC) Model 427 helicopters to inspect the inboard skin of the vertical fin around the four tailboom attachment points due to reports of cracked vertical fin skins caused by metal fatigue.
