U.S. Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Electrical Cable Installation in Menominee River

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone in the Menominee River, near Menominee, MI, and Marinette, WI, to protect people, boats, and the environment from potential hazards during the installation of new overhead electrical cables. The zone is enforced by the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan, and unauthorized entry is prohibited.
