OCSE Requests Three-Year Extension for Child Support Forms

The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking an extension of three years for the submission of forms OCSE-21-U4, which are related to the approval of state plans for Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and the State Plan (OMB #0970-0017, originally set to expire on July 31, 2020).
