U.S. Continues Antidumping and Countervailing Duties on Chinese Stainless Steel Pipe

The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have determined that revoking antidumping and countervailing duties on Chinese stainless steel pipe would likely lead to continued dumping and subsidies, causing injury to the U.S. industry, so duties will remain in place.
