U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Public Comment on Incidental Take Permit Application for Copenhagen Wind Farm

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Copenhagen Wind Farm, LLC for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act to minimize and mitigate the impact of its wind farm on the Indiana bat and northern long-eared bat. The agency is seeking public comment on the application and draft environmental assessment.
