US Fish and Wildlife Service Implements New Rule to Reduce Seabird Bycatch in Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has introduced a new rule requiring commercial vessels in the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery to use streamer lines or set gear between civil dusk and dawn to minimize the incidental take of endangered short-tailed albatross.
