NMFS Approves Exempted Fishing Permit Application for Coonamessett Farm Foundation to Test Selective Gillnets for Haddock

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has preliminarily approved an application by Coonamessett Farm Foundation to test alternate gillnet configurations for targeting haddock while minimizing catch of other groundfish species, as required by the Magnuson-Stevens Act.
