US Department of Commerce Finds China Exporters of 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid Sold Below Normal Value

The US Department of Commerce has concluded that Chinese exporters of 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid (HEDP) sold the subject merchandise in the US at prices lower than their normal value during the review period from November 4, 2016, to April 30, 2018.
