EPA Approves Negative Declaration for Indiana's Oil and Gas Industry Control Techniques Guideline

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a Negative Declaration for the State of Indiana regarding the Control Techniques Guideline (CTG) for the Oil and Gas Industry, which will not require Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) requirements in certain areas of the state.
