US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Quartz Surface Products from Turkey Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that certain quartz surface products from Turkey are being sold in the US at less than their fair market value, and has postponed its final determination until further notice
