Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Accepts Preliminary Permit Application for Kendall Head Tidal Energy Project, Inviting Public Comments and Interventions

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted a preliminary permit application for the Kendall Head Tidal Energy Project, a tidal energy project proposed by Ocean Renewable Energy Corporation (OREC). The commission is now soliciting comments, motions to intervene, and competing applications from the public and other stakeholders.
