US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Vietnamese Wind Towers

The US Department of Commerce has determined that producers and exporters of utility scale wind towers from Vietnam are receiving subsidies, and is seeking public comment on this finding, which covers the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
