FAA Proposes Changes to Jacksonville Airspace

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed removing Class E airspace around Cecil Airport in Jacksonville, FL, due to the decommissioning of the Cecil VOR, and updating the names of several airports, including Jacksonville NAS and Herlong Recreational Airport, to improve safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations in the area.
