US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines No Shipments of Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from Thailand

The US Department of Commerce has found no shipments of hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Thailand between November 1, 2017 and October 31, 2018, and invites public comment on the preliminary results.
