US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds No Dumping of Japanese Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Nippon Steel Corporation and Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. did not sell hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan at prices below normal value in the US between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018, and Honda Trading Canada had no shipments during this period.
