NMFS Publishes Standard Ex-Vessel Prices for North Pacific Observer Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has released standard ex-vessel prices for groundfish and halibut to help calculate the observer fee for the North Pacific Observer Program, with invoices to processors and buyers due by January 15, 2021, and fees due by February 15, 2021.
