US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Dumping of Australian Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products

The US Department of Commerce has found that certain hot-rolled steel flat products imported from Australia were sold at a price lower than their normal value during the review period from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018, and is seeking public comments on the preliminary results.
