FMCSA to Submit Information Collection Request for Motor Carrier Safety Data

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) plans to submit a new information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, with the goal of gathering data on motor carrier safety performance to support the implementation of the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act) Beyond Compliance requirements.
