EPA Proposes Approval of West Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision from West Virginia, which addresses the state's infrastructure requirements for the 2015 ozone standard, with the exception of interstate transport elements.
