Bureau of Indian Affairs Amends Tribal Energy Resource Agreements Regulations

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is updating its rules for Tribal Energy Resource Agreements, allowing tribes to develop energy resources on their land without needing Secretary approval, in response to recent Congressional changes to the Act authorizing these agreements.
