Maine Seeks EPA Approval for Hazardous Waste Program Revisions

Maine has submitted a proposal to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of changes to its hazardous waste management program, which, if approved, will allow the state to implement revised regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
