EPA Grants Emergency Exemption for Pesticide Use on Fuzzy Kiwifruit

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a time-limited tolerance for residues of fenpropathrin in fuzzy kiwifruit, following an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The tolerance expires on December 31, 2022.
