Long-Term Stock Exchange Seeks Approval for Dual Listing Rule

The Long-Term Stock Exchange has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC, seeking immediate approval for a new rule allowing for dual listing of securities on its exchange and another exchange, such as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) or NASDAQ.
