US Commerce Department Finds No Countervailing Subsidies for Turkish Steel Pipes and Tubes

The US Department of Commerce has concluded that Ozdemir Boru Profil San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. (Ozdemir), a Turkish exporter and producer of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes, did not receive countervailing subsidies during the review period from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
