Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Fireworks Displays Along Chicago River

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone along the Chicago River to protect life and property during upcoming fireworks displays, prohibiting entry into the zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan or a designated representative.
